Ray Petty Meccanica services and repairs the Ducati Streetfighter V4 (2020 on, including the V4 S, SP, SP2 and Lamborghini) at its independent Ducati workshop in Greenwich, London. We do the Desmo service on its sixteen-valve V4, and as the official London dealer for Rizoma parts we can also supply and fit Rizoma levers, mirrors and other parts.

About the Streetfighter V4

Ducati showed the Streetfighter V4 in 2019 and it went on sale for 2020: the Panigale V4 with its fairing removed, flat bars and small wings on the side panels. It uses the same 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale, a liquid-cooled 90° V4 with four Desmodromic valves per cylinder, a counter-rotating crankshaft and cams driven by chain and gears, with a claimed 208hp. The S added Öhlins semi-active suspension. The SP (2022) brought an STM-EVO SBK dry clutch, carbon wheels and Brembo Stylema R calipers, the SP2 followed, and the 2023 Lamborghini edition, limited to 630 bikes plus 63 for Lamborghini customers, also had a dry clutch. For 2025 it was rebuilt around the new Panigale V4, with a double-sided swingarm and a claimed 214hp.

Servicing your Streetfighter V4

Bennetts gives the Streetfighter V4 a service every 12,000 km (7,500 miles) or 12 months, and the Desmo service on the Desmosedici Stradale engine falls at 24,000 km. There are no belts. With sixteen valves to check and shim, it is a longer job than a twin's valve service. The cornering ABS, traction and wheelie control, and the semi-active Öhlins on the S, are read and adjusted with the latest Ducati diagnostic software, and on 2025 bikes that includes the Race eCBS linked braking. On an SP or Lamborghini, the dry clutch is checked for wear. We use genuine Ducati and OEM parts and ring you before any work beyond the service.
