What we collect

When you call or email us, we use the details you give us only to reply and look after your bike.

When you buy from the shop, payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and we never see them. Stripe passes us your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered, so we can send your order.

Cookies

Google Analytics loads only after you accept cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

The map on our pages is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when it loads. Videos from YouTube and Vimeo load only when you press play. Your basket is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.
