DAViDA is a British helmet maker known for open-face helmets in the style riders wore in the 1960s and 70s. The Speedster v4 keeps that look with modern certification: a light glass fibre shell made in four sizes so smaller heads get a smaller helmet, a removable lining, and room for a headset. It suits classic and modern bikes alike, and it's the helmet we use for our custom painted helmets.
Choosing your size
Measure around your head about 1 cm above your eyebrows and ears. Sizes run XS 54 cm, S 56, M 58, L 60, XL 62 and XXL 64. If you're between sizes, come and try both on at the workshop.
DAViDA helmet questions
Is the DAViDA Speedster v4 road legal?
Yes. It's certified to ECE 22.06, the current safety standard for road helmets in the UK and Europe.
Can I have my Speedster v4 painted?
Yes. Ray Petty Meccanica paints Speedster v4s by hand to your own design. See custom painted helmets.
